1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 large (32 oz.) low fat vanilla yogurt (NOT FAT FREE)
*it will not taste the same or have the right consistency with fat free
Cream the first 4 ingredients and then add the yogurt last. Mix until creamy. Refrigerate. Better if it sets up for a while, but you can eat it right away.
Serve with what ever fruit you desire! ENJOY!
Mix together and chill until you are ready to serve. It is good with apples, grapes, strawberries, bananas, etc.
