Mix:
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup carnation milk
1 bar cream cheese

Mix, put on bottom of pie plate:
1 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. sugar

Bake for 45 @ 375 degrees or until knife inserted in center and comes out clean. Slide knife around all of it — turn over onto a different plate and serve.
