1 lb. uncooked chicken cut up
1 pkg. 8 oz cream cheese
1 can chopped green chiles
1 pkg. tortillas
1 can green chile enchilada sauce
¾ c. shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Cook chicken & add cream cheese & chiles. Cook until cream cheese is melted. Spoon chicken filling onto tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 12 enchiladas.
