Graham Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup butter, melted
¾ c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 yellow cake mix
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
¼ c. oil
3 eggs

Directions

Glaze: 1 ½ c. powdered sugar & 2 Tbsp. water

Mix crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter, set aside. Blend cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Pour ½ of the batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle ½ of crumb mixture. Repeat batter and crumb mixture. Bake @ 350 for 45–50 minutes. Cool and Glaze.
