Make chocolate or yellow or white cupcakes
(she uses 1 box of lemon & 1 pineapple—tastes more like Twinkies)
5 TBS. flour
5 TBS. sugar
1 c. milk
In a saucepan, mix these 3 ingredients together and cook while stirring constantly and it will make a paste like wallpaper. Cool this in the refrigerator. When this is cool add: ½ c. margarine softened, ½ c. Crisco, ¾ c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix with an electric mixer for 5 minutes on high. Put this mixture into a cake–decorating bag with a large tip on the end. Put the tip into the top of the cupcakes and squeeze a little in there. Frost with the remaining mixture. It is good with white, chocolate, etc. cupcakes. They are very good to eat them frozen.
