Boil 8–10 potatoes (cool & peel)
Grate or sliced cooked potatoes into a 13x9x2 pan
Sauté,:
¼ c. butter and a little onion.
Mix:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper
Crushed corn flakes or potato chips
Cook potatoes—cool and peel them. Grate or cut them into a casserole dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together except corn flakes. Pour this mixture over the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and put ½ c. grated cheese and ½ c. crushed cornflakes on top of the potatoes. Return to oven to melt the cheese. Serve hot.
