20 Quart instant powdered milk (I use about ¾ of the box)
2 lb. can cocoa (sweetened) (like Nestle or Hershey's)
1 lb. of powdered sugar
16 oz. jar of non–dairy creamer

Mix this all together. This is good!!! This makes a large amount.

Mixing Instructions for Cocoa: Use 1/3 to ½ of a cup of mix to 8 oz. of hot water for the cocoa.

Here is a recipe for a smaller amount*:
10 2/3 c. instant powdered milk
1 lb. can of cocoa (sweetened)
1 jar 6 0z. non–dairy creamer
2 c. powdered sugar
Mix this together. To use: 1/3 —½ c. mix to 8 oz of hot water.

*This makes about 17 cups of hot chocolate mix.
