Cooked chicken breasts cut into small pieces
Grated cheddar cheese
Avocado chopped
Tomatoes chopped
Green peppers chopped
Sour cream
Whatever you would like inside
Salsa
Flour tortillas (or flour)
Heat frying pan and melt 1 TBS. of margarine or butter in pan. On a plate, put tortilla and add all or any of the other ingredients you like onto tortilla. Put another tortilla on top of the food. Put into pan & when cheese melts flip the whole thing over and cook until just fried a little. Remove from pan and put on a plate. It's done!!! Enjoy with more sour cream and salsa and cheese if desired. You can also put only one tortilla in the pan and put food on one side and fold the tortilla in half and cook on both sides. Very good!!!
