6 chicken breasts or tenders
4 eggs
1 cup cornstarch
A little oil
Cut chicken up in strips or small pieces. Dip in cornstarch and then into eggs. In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the chicken on all sides. Put into a bowl or pan for the oven.
The sauce is:
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
½ cup apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice. *To make it faster just heat sauce and 2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch on stove and add chicken pieces and serve.
