Ingredients

Cook together for 2 minutes:
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
Slowly add 7 c. chicken broth

STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL THICKENED (20–30 minutes)

Add:
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. heavy cream
