1 pkg. Mac N Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
¾ Cup water
¾ Cup sour cream
1 ½ cup shredded Cheese
1 Cup Salsa

Preheat oven to 400. Make Mac N Cheese according to package. Brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and water to meat, simmer 5 minutes. Stir sour cream into macaroni. Spread have of mac mixture into 8 or 9 inch pie dish, layer with meat mixture and 1 chop of the cheese, and remaining mac n cheese. Cover. Bake 15 minutes top with salsa and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
