Cooked rice
1" piece of grated ginger
1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak (cut into thin strips)
2 garlic cloves minced
1 Cup chopped broccoli
1 Cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 carrot julienne
½ Cup diced red bell pepper
½ Cup sliced green onions
¾ Cup teriyaki baste and glaze
In large zip lock bag combine gingerroot, steak and garlic, seal and refrigerate. Heat Skillet until hot. Add 1 tsp oil and steak mixture, stir fry till browned remove from pan. Keep warm. Add broccoli, mushrooms, carrot and bell pepper to skillet, stir fry 2–3 min add rice, green onions and sauce stir until combined. Return steak mixture to skillet and heat and serve
