Ingredients

2 Cups cooked chicken shredded
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ Cup slivered almonds, toasted
¾ Cup diced celery
¾ Cups grapes, halved
½ cup Mayo
½ cup sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp curry powder

Directions

Combine salad ingredients, mix dressing (last 4 ingredients) & mix with chicken. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Great on croissants.
