1 small roast
2 cans of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Wide noodles cooked until tender
Sour cream (about 1 cup)
Mushrooms if desired
Put roast into pan and the soup also. Bake in a 350 degree oven until tender. Crock pot works good also. When it is done, Take the meat out and break meat up into small pieces. To the sauce, add sour cream. Add mushrooms if desired. Put the pieces of meat back into sauce. Cook noodles in salted water and drain. Put noodles on plate and put meat sauce over it.
