Rice:
4 c. water 6 green onions
4 cubes chicken bouillon 1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cumin 6 sprigs of cilantro
2 cloves garlic 2 c. rice
Dressing:
Use Café, Rio Style Creamy Cilantro Dressing recipe.
Spicy Chicken:
7 chicken breasts 1 tsp. chili powder
2 cans Ro–Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. pepper 1 dash Tabasco sauce
Cook in crockpot. When done shred chicken and pour lime juice to taste. Serve with black beans, lettuce, guacamole, tomatoes, and tortillas.
