Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs
1/8–¼ c. mayonnaise
paprika
salt and pepper

Directions

Boil the eggs. Take the shells off and cut the eggs in half the long way. Scoop out the yolk and put into a small bowl. Put the white part of the egg on a plate. Add the mayonnaise to the yolk—add salt and pepper to this. (don't add too much mayonnaise—just make a pasty mixture.) Fill the 12 pieces of eggs with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to make them pretty. Enjoy!!!
