Ingredients

6 β€”7 potatoes (cooked with skins on) make sure you salt when you cook them.
6 hard boiled egg
Grated juice from Β½ an onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Β½ lb. cooked bacon cut in small pieces
Grease from bacon
1/8 β€”ΒΌ c. apple cider vinegar
ΒΎ –1 c. mayonnaise (enough to coat the salad)

Cook potatoes with skins on and cook the hard boil eggs. Cool and peel potatoes and cut into slices to eat into a bowl. Slice eggs into potatoes. Grate onion over the potatoes. In a pan, cut up bacon in very small pieces. Cook until brown. Pour vinegar into hot bacon and grease. Pour hot grease and bacon over the potatoes and eggs. Mix and then add mayonnaise as the dressing to just moisten it. Salt and pepper to taste. Put lett
