Ingredients

1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 TBS. butter
1 14 oz. Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 TBS. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Melt in double boiler or heavy sauce pan—chips, butter, milk, water, & vanilla. Stir constantly until thick. Serve warm or put into small canning jars with hot lids and put in water bath canner for 8 minutes.
