Creamy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

5 large sweet potatoes
4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup margarine/butter
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients and then add 1 cup chopped pecans. Pour everything into a baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes. Mix up 1 cup coconut, 2 Tbsp. butter and ½ bag of mini marshmallows. Apply to top and bake additional 10 more minutes.
